Royal Palm Villa can be your home away from home, for just PHP 1,300 you can stay in a one bedroom apartment equipped with kitchen facilities (stove, oven) and a clean bathroom. The bed is comfortable and clean as well. There is television and a closet in the air-conditioned bedroom. Our room faces the parking lot and the big houses nearby. Smoking is not allowed inside because of the smoke detectors but you can always go out to the balcony. The condotel (condominium slash hotel) is located beside SM Centre in Las Pinas which makes it very convenient to eat and shop. The condotel is secured and does not allow outsiders unless you are a registered tenant. It is also available for residential and can be a good investment. Facilities such as the lift and swimming pool are available too.
